What is PackCam?

PackCam is an intelligent packing-station video recording and monitoring system for warehouse and fulfillment operations. It automatically:

  • Records video of every order being packed — linked to the order ID.
  • Detects SKU scans and timestamps them on the video timeline.
  • Auto-starts and auto-stops recordings when an order begins and ends packing.
  • Syncs orders from your WMS (Logiwa or ShipBridge) in real time.
  • Tracks employee performance — orders per hour, average pack time, efficiency.
  • Lets you review, search, and share any packing video from the admin panel.

Key Concepts

DeviceThe physical PackCam camera. Identified by a unique Serial Number shown on the device screen at first boot.

BindLinking a Packstation to a specific Device so they communicate with each other.

Prerequisites

Before you start:

  1. A PackCam admin account — register at app.packcam.ai/register (opens in new tab) with your team name, email, and password.
  2. At least one PackCam device (camera hardware) powered on and connected to your network.
  3. (Optional) A WMS — Logiwa (cloud-based) or ShipBridge (desktop app, version 6.1.4.5 or above). A WMS is not required — see No Integration (Standalone).
