Chrome Extension

The PackCam Chrome Extension lets you look up packing recordings directly from your browser — no need to switch to the Admin Panel.

Installation

1. Visit the Chrome Web Store and search for “PackCam”
2. Click Add to Chrome
3. Click the PackCam icon in your browser toolbar
4. Log in with your PackCam credentials

Features

Quick order lookup

• Highlight or copy an order number on any page
• Click the PackCam extension icon
• Instantly view the recording linked to that order

Inline video access

When using supported platforms like Logiwa, the extension can overlay a PackCam video link directly on the order detail page, giving you one-click access to the recording.

Notifications

Receive browser notifications for:

• Flagged recordings
• Device offline alerts
• Integration sync issues

Settings

Click the gear icon in the extension popup to configure:

• Default playback quality: Choose between SD and HD
• Notifications: Enable or disable browser notifications
• Auto-detect orders: Automatically detect order numbers on supported pages
