Integrating with Logiwa

Connect PackCam with your Logiwa WMS to automatically link packing videos to Logiwa orders.

Overview

The Logiwa integration allows PackCam to:

• Automatically match recordings to Logiwa order numbers
• Access pack verification videos directly from Logiwa
• Sync employee data between systems
• Streamline dispute resolution with linked video evidence

Prerequisites

• An active PackCam account with admin access
• A Logiwa account with API access enabled
• Your Logiwa API credentials

Setup

1. Log in to the Admin Panel
2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
3. Click Connect next to Logiwa
4. Enter your Logiwa API credentials
5. Select which Logiwa warehouses to sync
6. Click Save & Test Connection

Configuration options

Setting	Description
Auto-sync orders	Automatically pull order data from Logiwa
Sync interval	How frequently to sync (default: 5 minutes)
Employee mapping	Map PackCam employees to Logiwa users
Warehouse mapping	Map PackCam stations to Logiwa warehouses

Using the integration

Once connected, PackCam will automatically:

1. Pull order information as orders are packed
2. Link video recordings to the corresponding Logiwa order
3. Make videos accessible from within the Logiwa interface via the Chrome Extension

Troubleshooting

• Connection failed: Verify your API credentials and ensure API access is enabled in Logiwa
• Orders not syncing: Check the sync interval and ensure the correct warehouses are selected
• Employee mismatch: Review the employee mapping in integration settings
