Logiwa Integration
Connect PackCam to Logiwa WMS so orders and SKU scans are automatically linked to recordings

Logiwa is a cloud-based WMS. PackCam integrates with Logiwa to automatically sync orders so recordings are linked to the correct order IDs and SKUs.
Entering Credentials
Where: Admin Panel → Preferences → Integrations → Logiwa → Connect
- Go to Preferences → scroll to Integrations.
- Click Connect next to the Logiwa logo.
- Enter your Logiwa Email and Password (the same credentials you use to log in to Logiwa).
- Click Connect.
- PackCam will automatically sync your open orders from Logiwa and show a results modal (orders imported, duplicates skipped, errors).
After connecting:
- Orders are automatically synced and available for the packstation to reference.
- The integration card shows “Connected” with the last sync time.
- To update credentials: click Edit.
- To disconnect: click Disconnect and confirm.
Note: PackCam stores your Logiwa credentials with AES encryption. They are never stored in plain text.
How It Works
When the Chrome Extension on the packing computer detects that an order has started in Logiwa Packstation:
- It tells the PackCam device to start recording automatically.
- All SKU scans from Logiwa are sent to PackCam and timestamped on the video.
- When the order is completed or shipped, it sends a stop recording signal.
